These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply when you access or use BeforeAfter.online. By using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
The service
BeforeAfter.online provides browser-based tools for creating video and image comparisons. Features may include a reveal video, image slider, side-by-side layout, opacity overlay, flicker animation, labels, and downloadable output.
The site is provided without an account. Browser support, recording format, speed, quality, and feature availability vary by device and software.
Your images and permissions
You retain rights you already hold in images and output. You are responsible for ensuring you have permission to use, edit, compare, and publish every image you select.
Do not use the service to violate copyright, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, contractual, or other rights. Do not publish identifiable people’s sensitive or private images without an appropriate legal basis and permission.
Responsible comparisons
You are responsible for the meaning and presentation of generated comparisons. Do not use deceptive cropping, perspective, lighting, labels, or editing to make a false factual claim. Disclose relevant differences when the comparison could influence a health, financial, commercial, scientific, or public decision.
The tools do not verify that a before/after claim is accurate. Output is not professional, medical, legal, scientific, or financial advice.
Acceptable use
You may not use the site to:
- Break applicable law or encourage unlawful conduct.
- Infringe intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
- Create or distribute malware, abusive automated traffic, or attempts to interfere with the site.
- Misrepresent generated content as verified evidence from BeforeAfter.online.
- Bypass access, security, rate, or advertising controls.
- Process or publish content when doing so is prohibited or harmful.
Local processing and generated files
Selected image contents are generally processed locally in your browser as explained in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for protecting files on your device, checking downloaded output, and maintaining any backups.
Generated results depend on source quality, browser behavior, selected settings, and device resources. Always inspect output before relying on or publishing it.
Intellectual property
The site design, original text, code, branding, and illustrations are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms permit personal and commercial use of the tools and your lawfully created output, but they do not transfer ownership of the website or authorize copying and republishing the site itself as a competing service.
Third-party names and platforms mentioned in guides belong to their respective owners. References do not imply endorsement.
Availability and changes
We may change, suspend, remove, or add features. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, permanent storage, compatibility with every browser, or acceptance of output by every social platform.
